Steelwork Packages

We provide process equipment for the transfer and processing of ore. With all of our designs, or customer supplied designs, our units are fabricated and supplied with liners or wear parts. All wear parts are itemized and allocated easy reference part numbers. Replacement parts can be readily supplied with confidence, guaranteed to fit the unit purchased.

All projects are supervised by our Australian personnel, continuous Q/A ensures no errors. Progress reports supplied weekly.

Corrosion Protection & Surface Finishing

Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): Long-term zinc coatings compliant with AS/NZS 4680 for open industrial environments.
Protective Coating Systems: Multi-coat paint systems (zinc primers, epoxies, polyurethanes) applied to AS/NZS 2312 atmospheric corrosivity categories (C3 to C5).
Blast Cleaning: Abrasive blasting to class Sa 2.5 / Sa 3 standards to guarantee optimal coating adhesion.

Quality Control & Traceability

While high-volume raw processing occurs within our vetted partner facilities, all project management, design verification, welding procedure approvals, and final inspections are strictly controlled by our Australian team to meet AS 4100 and AS/NZS 5131 requirements.
We maintain full material traceability from the mill to final delivery. Every project operates under a strict Quality Management System and is handed over with a comprehensive Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) containing:
- Certified mill test certificates (MTCs) matching steel heat numbers.
- Independent Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports (Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, or Radiographic testing).
- Weld maps, welding procedure specifications (WPS), and dry film coating thickness (DFT) logs.
